The fire is the first step of this ritual. You will learn our technique to start the fire, create embers and manage the heat.
You will be participating in a hands on activity were we will cut, clean and salt the premium meat and prepare the traditional Chimichurri Sauce with Belen’s family recipe. You will be also helping the host with the cooking process: using our tools to identify in which cooking stage the cuts are.
Not only you will be hearing a lot of stories and anecdotes about Argentina from us, but you’ll also get to share a meal with a reduced group of travelers from all over the world.
Like in every argentine Asado, the cuts will be served in a flow, one after the other, accompanied always with a glass of wine. This way, each one of them can be properly appreciated.
