Three hour 'hands on' experience. 

This activity recreates the Asado in a unique location: Belen's +100 years old family house in Belgrano, a residencial neighborhood in Buenos Aires city.   

 You will enjoy different cuts of our premium meat selection accompanied by premium wine, Catena Zapata, an argentinian wine that stands with the best in the world. 

You will learn how to start the fire, you will share a table with other guests, you will prepare the chimuchurri sauce with Belen's family recipe and you will learn about argentinian meat and the best techniques to grill. 

Finally you will taste unique flavors experiencing the flow of an authentic argentine Asado.
